  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 3/4 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 large ripe bananas
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Place all of the ingredients I a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into molds and inserting wooden sticks.
  3. Freeze 6 hours.

Notes

If you don't like greek yogurt you can replace with regular yogurt. Creamy peanut butter can be replaced with chunky peanut butter.
